Vacuum pump dental assembly repair

Vacuum pump dental assembly repair

Description: In this video we will show you the process of repairing a Dürr dental vacuum pump. A vacuum pump is a key component in any dental practice, responsible for creating aspiration for a variety of procedures including cavity filling, tooth cleaning, and more.

To begin, we will first turn off the vacuum pump and disconnect it from the electrical outlet. We will then remove the top cover of the pump to gain access to the internal components.

Once we have access to the internal components, we will inspect the pump for any visible signs of wear or damage. We will then remove the engine and impeller for further inspection.

We will clean the motor and impeller assembly, checking for signs of wear or damage. In case of damage or wear, we will replace the damaged parts with original Dürr parts.

Next, we'll check the pump housing for cracks or damage. If the case is damaged, we will replace it with a new one.

After repairing or replacing any damaged parts, we will reassemble the vacuum pump assembly, making sure all components are properly aligned and secured.

Finally, we'll test the pump to make sure it's working properly, with adequate suction power.
